Shipping Policy
No, we ship throughout Australia Only.
We are located in NSW, if your shipping address is within NSW it takes up to 5 working days and can take up to 10 working days to locations like Western Australia or Northern Territory.
We will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however many factors (some of which are beyond our control) can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
We ship the majority of our items via Couriers Please and TNT. All of our items are traceable with tracking numbers.
You are able to track your item on the postal service’s websites that your items have been sent with.
Australia Post/Startrack
If you are not at home at the time of delivery you will be left a card inside your mailbox requesting you to contact the courier or pick up at your local depot.
When your item is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and the company it has been dispatched with.
For security purposes all items must be signed for and cannot be left at your premises without a signature.
You can view estimated shipping costs before you proceed to the checkout by adding your items to the cart and on the left hand side at the end of your cart there is an estimated shipping cost box. If you enter your state and postcode you will be able to view what the shipping price will be. Please take your time to select the correct state and postcode as this will delay your order and vary the shipping costs charged if incorrect.
Delivery costs are calculated on the website when you add items to your cart and are based on your postcode and the weight and amount of boxes needed to pack your items.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to the following postcodes 0880 and 0881 (Northern Territory) and 4875 (Queensland).
On the very rare occasion that a parcel may go missing we need to lodge an investigation with the courier company. This investigation can take 5-10 working days for the courier company to complete.
